Retail therapy will make it all go away

In blatant defiance of the nation's financial turmoil and in celebration of being the proud recipient of a recently increased credit limit (apparently, Citibank didn't get the news that we're in an ECONOMIC MELTDOWN!), I have purchased myself some pretty new shoes.
Aren't they gorgeous? So shiny and sparkly.
And I bought them with a Upromise card, so 10 percent of my purchase is going into a savings account for Drew's college tuition. Hmm...with the rising cost of college, it appears that I may need to buy a LOT more shiny shoes. Oh, well - I'm willing to make the sacrifice for my child! That's how selfless I am!

Hmmm...I think that Amy will be preparing for Drew to get several doctorate degrees.
